SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our policies on shipping and delivery
We are happy to deliver orders worldwide. All the orders are shipped between Mondays to Friday from 9am to 5pm and require a signature upon delivery. If a signature can not be obtained the item will be held by the delivery company and require customer to arrange a re-delivery or pick up. Fariba Soltani does not take any responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.
We can not change the delivery address once the order is dispatched. We ship to business and residential addresses however can not deliver to PO BOX numbers. Your parcel will be given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped; it is then the customer’s responsibility to track their items. To learn about the shipping cost select your destination country in the drop down menu on the shopping bag page and shipping charges will automatically appear.
Destinations
We ship worldwide to Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, major Asian and Middle East countries. If you require shipping to a country that is not listed in the shipping list in the check-out process, please email us at info@faribasoltani.com. We ship to both business and residential addresses. Business addresses are preferred to ensure a timely delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Delivery times
With the Free Standard delivery UK deliveries take between 1-3 days and international deliveries can take between 5-12 days. If you wish to have it delivered faster choose the Express or Next Day delivery where applicable at the check out. If you have any question in regard to shipping email us on info@faribasoltani.com
Please note Fariba Soltani can not be hold liable for delays occurred at destination country custom clearance.
Insurance
Fariba Soltani insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (e.g. gifts) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Fariba Soltani and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Transfer of title
Once a signature has been obtained upon the delivery of the goods the title of the goods is passed to you. If we deliver a gift for you at a third party address, the signature obtained from the delivery address is considered proof of delivery and transfer of title ownership.
Taxes / VAT
Prices on the website are shown as exclusive of UK VAT. To those countries outside of the EU we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. We are unable to advise the amount this may be, as they change from country to country and from time to time.
We advise you to get an estimate from www.simplyduty.com or contact your country’s customs office.
Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Fariba Soltani cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty and the recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Please be aware that if the items shipped were returned because the recipient is not willing to pay the applicable local taxes/ import duties, the delivery address is wrong or there is no one to accept the package, we are unable to refund shipping charges, custom charges and any return charges incurred by Fariba Soltani. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions related to shipping to your country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Policies on Returns and Exchanges
Customer service is of upmost importance to us at Fariba Soltani. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority. We believe our returns policy is fair and open, however, there are some stipulations that we make in the interest of efficiency.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 7 days for UK orders and within 14 days for international orders, beginning on the day after your have received the product. Returned products must be with their original packaging, unused, unwashed and with their original branded labels and boxes. Please note we are unable to refund and exchange item(s) that are damaged, handled inappropriately, or used.
Please contact us on info@faribasoltani.com prior to returning your item. Bear in mind you will be responsible for the cost of returning the good to us. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely, so we strongly advise that a proof of postage is obtained when returning any part of your order and retaining the proof until you receive your refund notification. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned items.
Upon the receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. Delivery costs will not be refunded. We will only refund the delivery charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty or does not match your order. For any exchange or return the postage is expected to be paid by the customer.
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will process the refund within 14 days of receipt and will inform you by email confirming your refund. We can only exchange items for a product for within the same price range subject to availability. If you wish to exchange it for another item that has a different price please return your item and place a new order.
Please be aware that exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that the product you received is not in perfect condition notify us by email at info@faribasoltani.com on the same day you received the product. If you fail to notify us within the same day of receiving the product we may not be able to accept your claim.The products returned due to imperfections will be refunded in full, and we will cover all the delivery charges.
Please note that Fariba Soltani can not be held responsible for any damage to scarves due to general wear and tear.
